I don't know why Amazon in Canada has no copies.

My publisher suggested to Amazon.com that they would need more copies than they initially ordered. Last week Amazon.com ordered two-and-a-half times as many more, and wanted them quickly. That means air mail - and that means huge expense as they are heavy.

They should be stock in by now.

Barry,

Placed order with Amazon 4 minutes ago. Also please ignore my question about vegetable oils. According to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vegetable_oil all oils derived from plants are called vegetable oils, a misnomer if ever I read one.

Regards,

Perry
